The Paxton family have nurtured their own vineyards in McLaren Vale for three decades and are recognised as leaders in both organic and biodynamic viticulture and winemaking. The Paxton approach to viticulture and winemaking involves combining traditional, hands-on management, integrated and complemented by modern technology.

Fully certified organic and biodynamic, the Paxton team produce all of their own biodynamic preparations on site and are reaping the rewards of these efforts.
